Step 3 - The Call
One of our Evolved Floors team will give you a call to go through your quote and assist you in any questions you may have about the right product/solution for your project. We will also book you in for your 1 on 1 personalised showroom visit where you will have the time to go through and view all possible products/colours for your flooring. |

Step 4 - The Showroom Visit
At your 1 on 1 showroom visit we will ensure you have the time you need to talk through and view all possible options and colour selections.. We will send you home with a sample pack of your top 2 products and book in your on-site measure. |

Step 5 - The On-site Measure
We will show up to your address at the agreed time requested where we will conduct the measure, clarify we have the right product and take you through the installation/potential workflow for your project to ensure you have full clarity and confidence in your choices and our processes. |

Step 6 - The Custom Itemized Proposal
We will provide you with your customised proposal and talk you through all the details. Once you are 100% happy with the proposal we will book your installation date. |

Step 7 - Book in your installation date
We will look after all the project management from start to finish. You will be assigned a point of contact throughout your project. We will ensure it is a smooth and simple process for you. |

Step 8 - Post care
Post installation we will give you a call to cover off any questions you may have and explain the care & maintenance of your new floors and sign off your project. |
